Prana Flow Yoga
This is an energising and empowering style of yoga honouring one breath, one movement approach to deepen mind-body connection and increase strength and flexibility. Students of all levels will enjoy this class based on Shiva Rea’s innovative and creative methods of teaching yoga to create a sense of lightness and joy on the mat and in everyday life.
In Prana Flow we use energetic alignment in the flow, three-part vinyasa and intelligent, progressive wave sequencing as well as Krishnamacharya's teachings of Vinyasa Krama or stages of evolution.
Prana Vinyasa works with movement patterns that flow from the opening meditation, gently opening and preparing the body for the peak pose, and to the regenerating practices at the end of the class.
We massage and prepare the body slowly with awareness and sending love to each cell in our body. This allows students to cultivate bhava, the whole body experience, and to connect to our individual rhythm of life.

Yoga and Mindfulness for Children
I discovered yoga for children some time ago trying to pass on my yoga knowledge to my daughter and give her wellbeing tools for life.
When teaching yoga to children I work with various themes and improvisations. I particularly love working with animal sounds and movements. Children love to play and explore. They are naturally curious so it is essential to give them a new tool/game every time we see each other. I try to keep the sessions interesting by implementing vibrant movements but also letting children stay in stillness at the beginning and/or the end of the session if they wish.

INDIVIDUAL YOGA SESSIONS
Individual yoga session with advice on alignment in postures and to include hands on assist.
Advice on individual yoga practice to incorporate it in everyday life i.e. examples of sequences given/written according to individual needs/issues; best time to practice during a day/week.
Chakras and elements balancing according to your needs and/or your ayurvedic constitution (if desired).
Each session will finish with short yoga nidra/guided relaxation practice.
To include a sheet with sequence and instruction plus any given advice
£45 per hour
Yoga can help to improve spine and joint mobility, speed up injury recovery, treat digestive conditions, reduce back pain, headaches and migraines, balance hormones and tone internal organs in general.
Advice on individual yoga practice to incorporate it in everyday life i.e. examples of sequences given/written according to individual needs/issues; best time to practice during a day/week.
